This is a wider more sturdy version of the Thin Sewing Needle Ring that I have sold over the last several years. A comparison between the 2 rings can be seen in the last 2 pictures of this listing (thick on the left, thin on the right).
The 10k ring weighs approximately 2.2 grams and the 14k ring weighs approximately 2.3 grams. The width of the band is approximately 1.8mm round.
