I have started making pottery over the past 6 months and have decided to make some of my favorite pieces available for sale here. This witchy cup was thrown on the potter's wheel using smooth black porcelain. I painted on dark green underglaze and then hand-carved the pattern at the leather-hard stage. Once the piece was bisque-fired, I applied a pale blue glaze to the outside and an orange high-fire glaze to the inside.
The dimensions are approximately 2.5" tall x 3" wide (6.2cm x 7.8cm) and the weight is 7 oz (.198 kg). PLEASE NOTE: The listing pictures showing size are shot using cm rulers.
This is a perfect vessel for your favorite mead, wine, or magical elixir! All glazes used on this piece are food-safe. Please hand wash only. Porcelain should not be microwaved.
Each piece I create is one of a kind and takes many hours of joyful labor to complete.
