This silver medallion features a Swallow with pearl bead eggs. It was made using a cast of an Antique Parisian Button that a friend gave to me. I modified the original design by adding cavities in which to set 3 small genuine Pearl beads.
The medallion is cast solid in Sterling Silver and measures 1.7 cm in diameter. It can be purchased as a charm only or hung on a 1.8 mm wide cable link 40 cm long (16") or 46 cm(18") chain. The medallion on its own (without chain) weighs approximately .15 oz (4.2 g). The swallow's eye is set with a genuine .8mm black diamond and the pearl beads measure approx 3.1 x 2mm.
